Commercial Legal Expenses Insurance

On behalf of Voluntary Sector Organisations we have negotiated discounted premium rates in respect of Legal Expenses Insurance concerning Employment Problems and Disputes. A brief summary of the cover is available upon application and the premiums quoted below are subject to a satisfactorily completed proposal form. The premiums are rated against the annual salary bill and insurance premium tax of 5% should be added to the figure. It should also be noted that the minimum policy premium is £70.00.

Some organisations seek Legal Expenses Insurance cover beyond matters relating to Employment and again we have negotiated special rates to include Legal Expenses relating to Property, Taxation and Contract Disputes. A summary of the cover applicable to this policy and the rates of premium are available upon application.

The same proposal form can be used for both Employment cover and Full cover.
